Growing up in Northeast Wisconsin and cutting his teeth on such famed bucket list fisheries as Sturgeon Bay and the Lake Winnebago chain, Wade began chasing bass and fishing tournaments by age 10, under the tutelage of his late father, Wade Sr. Winning his first solo event at age 12 and Angler Of the Year title by age 15 his prowess quickly became a respected presence amongst the fishing community.

Growing a reputation as a fierce competitor and having vast knowledge in the industry, Wade expanded his presence managing a fishing department at a large box sporting goods store and then on to selling and performance rigging bass boats for one of the largest Marinas in Wisconsin. In pursuit of more favorable year round fishing conditions, Wade and his family made the move south and have called middle Tennessee home since the early 2000's where he has enhanced his fishing abilities on the local lakes of Old Hickory and Percy Priest, where he also serves as a fishing guide.

Currently competing in the Major League Fishing Toyota Series, Bass Fishing Leagues, and Alabama Bass Trail Top 100 trail, along with numerous Regional and National Open events. Along with all this Wade is a creative lure designer, inventor and owner of Thunder Rocket Lures, Wade resides just North of Nashville with his Wife and three kids and is always excited to share his love and passion for fishing.
